4 easy steps to create a new rule with Auto BCC/CC for Microsoft Outlook

1. Go to Outlook menu -> tools -> Auto BCC for Outlook

2. Click the "New rule" button on the top toolbar or right click on the rules list area and choose the "New rule" item of the popup menu.

3. In the "Rule properties" dialog box select the rule settings you need.



4. Click "OK" and enjoy.

To create CC (carbon copy) and/or BCC (blind copy) in Microsoft Outlook for all outgoing emails:

1. Check the "For all outgoing e-mails" checkbox.
2. Make a CC (carbon copy) and/or BCC (blind carbon copy) recipients list.
3. To add a new item to the BCC/CC recipients list click on the "Select BCC names" / "Select BCC names" button and select the contacts you need. If your address book is empty, you can enter your contacts directly into the corresponding list box.
4. Click the OK button.

Create CC and/or BCC for selected messages:

1. Create a rule using from one to four conditions.
2. Validate the new rule via the Validate button.
3. If the rule is correct, click the OK button.

Use the following conditions to select the outgoing e-mail messages:

If Account is - select an email account you need from the drop down list.
If the subject line contains - enter the substring you need.
If attachment name contains - enter the substring you need.
If To: contains - enter the substring you need.
